This month’s sensory friendly movie – Kung Fu Panda 3 – was a huge success!

Let’s do it again!

Join us on March 12 to see the new Disney movie – Zootopia!

The Rockdale County Autism Support Group and our Carmike Conyers Crossroads 16 Cinemas have teamed up to bring families affected by autism and other disabilities a special opportunity to enjoy the new movie release “Zootopia” in a safe and accepting environment. In order to provide a more comfortable setting for our unique audience, the movie auditoriums will have their lights brought up and the sound turned down. Concession stands will still be open for drinks and snacks. Additionally, audience members are welcome to get up and dance, walk, shout or sing.  Being able to relax and enjoy quality family time without worrying if someone will complain or be disturbed by noise of movement is a wonderful experience. Many others, not on the autism spectrum, also enjoy Sensory Friendly Films – it’s a great opportunity for families to meet, siblings of children with autism to get to know other kids, and anyone to enjoy a movie in a climate of acceptance and understanding.

Admission Cost is $5.00 a person.
