Who: Professionals from the Marcus Autism Center will be presenting to parents and caregivers of children with Autism Spectrum and related disorders with toileting concerns. Other professionals such as school psychologists, early intervention providers, and special education teachers are welcome to attend. This workshop will qualify for BCBA CEUs.
What: This 1-day workshop will cover strategies to help caregivers promote toilet training among those with developmental disabilities. The primary focus will be on urine training with some discussion about bowel movement training. Caregivers will have the opportunity to get together in small groups with a therapist to address specific toileting concerns they have with their child.
