Common Sensory Issues

About the workshop

This workshop was created for parents and caregivers of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities who want to learn more about sensory issues. The informational workshop will cover several common sensory issues, such as tolerating change in routines and sensitivity to light, and provide suggestions from a behavioral framework. This workshop is appropriate for parents or caregivers who want to better understand autism and the research on sensory concerns. The Sensory Issues workshop will be offered several times throughout the year.
